Is it Fall already?
Wow, where did the time go? It’s already September 21st, and I realized that I haven’t updated this since February! So, you’re wondering: What have you been doing that you haven’t written/ posted in that long? All I can say is that I’ve got 2 young kids, while running a business and keeping a house!
So, while I sort through some awesome images that I’ve taken over the last few months to showcase here, I’d like to tell you about some Fall specials I have going on. Same footsteps??
So, yesterday was obviously Friday, and for more info than you ever need, I am needing to pump for my daughter for a certain reason. As I was doing so, with my pump on the ottoman in front of me, and my daughter in her baby papasan chair, my 2 1/2 year old son looked at my pump. There is a spot to be able to a picture of your babe to aid in “let down” and he asked what the clear plastic was for. I told him it was for a picture. He looked at me quite inquisitively for a moment and ran away.
I heard some rustling in the dining room and asked what he was doing. ”Getting a picture” he said in his little voice. ”What picture?” I replied. He answered “Mommy’s picture”. Then a zipper. Ahh – he was trying to get into Mommies camera bag and get her work camera! He wanted to bring my camera so I would take a picture of Darby to put in my pump! How sweet is he?!?!? Instead I urged him to grab his disposable camera that is still in the clear plastic wrap to take a picture of mommy!
My First Post!
Good afternoon! What a wonderful Sunday afternoon! The sun is shining, the sky is blue, and oh yeah, yesterday was Valentine’s Day! Two of my friends announced their engagements on Facebook, I am super excited! I love weddings so much that I am offering a Wedding Special: if you were engaged yesterday and hire me before March 14th to photograph your wedding, I will add a leather photo guest book and image CD as my gift to you!
Congratulations to you both, I pray that your marriages’ last forever!
